‘CASA BOUGANVILLE' IS A WELCOMING MEDITERRANEAN-STYLE HOUSE DIVIDED INTO TWO SEPARATE APARTMENTS ABOUT 150 METERS FROM THE BEACH OF BOSA MARINA, WITH PRIVATE GARDEN, BBQ, OUTDOOR SHOWER, PRIVATE VERANDAS WHICH CAN BE RENTED EITHER SEPERATELY OR TOGETHER.

This apartment has a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen with an island and a bathroom with shower.
There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, air conditioning, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, TV, DVD and WIFI.
The apartment has its own private entrance and its own private veranda in the garden, which is furnished with teak furniture. The garden offers space to relax and is equipped with sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor shower.
In a few minutes' walk ( approx. 150 metres) you reach the long sandy beach (free of charge) which slopes gently into the sea, the promenade with its restaurants, cafés and small shops.

Summary: We had a great time at Pietro’s apartment. We were welcomed when we arrived with a lovely bottle of local wine and really enjoyed staying there. We BBQ’d a couple of times and picked lemons from the tree for our gin ! The apartment had everything we needed with plenty of space for tbe 4 of us. Bosa Marina beach is really close and we had a great meal at the Galleon restaurant along the sea front. Alghero was a great day trip away - we went twice during our 9 days. The beach equipment was really useful. Thanks Pietro !

Summary: We stayed at the ground floor apartment for 1 week with 3 grown up children. The apartment is lovely - exactly as shown in the pictures. If anything, it is even nicer - and bigger - than in the pictures. It's very well equipped and very clean. Perfect location to the beach and the marina and great for exploring the area around Bosa. The kids loved it, too as they could wander off independently. The owner is very nice and patient, no matter how many questions you ask him. Highly recommended!

Summary: Sehr gepflegtes Appartement mit Flair und Ausstrahlung - einfach ein Bijou. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das schöne Bosa (Marina) genossen. Pietro ist sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. So stellt man sich den perfekten Urlaub vor.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in the top floor apartment (2 adults and 4 year old child). Nice and quiet, easy to keep (relatively) cool, large bright rooms and well equipped for our needs. Very pleasant to have nice spaces to sit outside and to be able to use basil / parsley / lemons etc. from the garden. It was great to be so close to the beach and we really appreciated the top quality parasol provided. Beach was lovely (if not up to the standards of the very best Sardinian beaches) and the sea was relatively calm for swimming. Superb for a family with children. Bosa Marina is a nice, friendly, low key resort - a few bars (which also sold great gelato), and the bakery was also good. We did not try any of the restaurants. Bosa town (5 minutes drive) was a nice place to wander round and has some great grocers / butchers / gelato and a very good "Super Pan" supermarket. The weekly street market was also great to stock up. Superb drive along the coast to Alghero which is a lovely town and fully worth a day trip. Pietro was very welcoming and it was very easy to make all the necessary arrangements to arrive at the apartment.

Summary: We were five people (24-32 years old) and we were looking for a relaxing week in Sardinia, and we found it. Very nice, spacious, well equipped and very clean apartment in Bosa Marina with a very dedicated and nice owner. Thanks Pietro! The booking was easily and the support before our stay was great. Key handover and visit of the premises was more than good. Pietro was by his open, friendly and uncomplicated manner always available and proved to be a nice guy. The apartment was in top condition and was exactly what the pictures say. We lacked nothing. Immediately, the big living room, the outside area and the decoration makes you feel very comfortable. Every room was designed in mediterranean style. We enjoyed breakfast on the upper terrace, the garden (including fresh basil, lemons ...), the bicycles and the beach equipment. In total the apartment is very beautiful and large enough for 4-6 people. We were there for a week without a car and it works very good, as well for food shopping, daily trips and so on. Summary: This has to be one of the best holiday apartments I've ever stayed in. The rooms are fantastically equipped with everything you could want, the cleanliness is superb and the decoration makes you feel very comfortable. The rooms are spacious; there are 3 bedrooms and living room, with a full kitchen plus bathroom. It has a very good situation, walking distance to the beach. When we went (end of Oct) last days it was not that hot anymore outside, but the house was still warm and comfortable.

Summary: About our Apartment: We have some Sardinia experience and have spent several vacations in the North-East of this beautiful island. This was the first time we tried the North-West coast. We want to state that the apartment we have rented this summer from Sig. Piero have been the most beautiful furnished apartment we have ever had. Up to the small details is arranged with taste arranged without being over the top (please review photos on his homepage). The Garden and terrace are completely covered (in the best way) by wine, rose of Sharon and many other plants, so that it creates a great relaxing atmosphere, and give you real quiet moments in the evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped and gives all what is needed. The bedrooms are large enough and the living room includes a big dinner table. The bathroom is Mediterranean style designed as well, and if you travel with small kids you will really value the availability of the washing machine. Much appreciated as well was, after a long day at the beach, the outside installed fresh water shower (much fun for us and the kids). We greatly appreciate as well the hospitality given, which makes you feel comfortable, and more as a guest and not as a customer. The day we take over the space, we found in the fridge some fresh drinks, and Piero delivered a few days later a plate with some Sardinia pastries. Summary: The most refreshing and relaxing vacation we have had since a few Years. The diving spots we have explored are great, and a special thanks you to the Team of the Bosa Diving Center. Thanks you so much Piero for making this happen, and we will see us in 2013 for sure. Monica, Klaus and Bambini Ora alcune parole in italiano. Il signor Piero e´ una persona molto gentile e accogliente e sufficientemente precisa. E´ stata una vacanza indimenticabile, tutto cio´che si vede e si legge sulla homepage corrisponde alla realta´.Specialmente quanto riguarda il mese di settembre , la spiaggia non e´ piu´ molto affollata , anzi, quasi deserta, il sole e´ ancora caldo ma non afoso e per far giocare i bambini, gli spazi dono ampi e senza pericoli, Inoltre nessun estraneo può accedere alla struttura. Abbiamo passato due settimane bellissime, e stiamo gia´ contando i giorni fino alla nostra prossima vacanza a bosa. Grazie ancora , un grandissimo saluto e ciao a presto Saluti da Monica e famiglia.

Summary: I have spend 2 weeks with my 4 kids family at Piero house. We have had very enjoyable time on all aspects. Quality of our accomodation with its stylish interior, location within walking distance from the beach, unforgettable other beaches within the easy car reach, ceratinly contributed greatly to this feeling. Pivate outside dining area with the barbecue facility surrounded by grape trees an flowers provided excellently for evening relax.Last but not the the least Piero - the owner, with his very nice, friendly personality, always helpfull and with the great contact before and during the arrival. Ovwerall, highly reccomended.
