Positive: We made a trip from Rome to Verona, and this place was by far our favorite. The host was 10/10 - they were kind and helped us with whatever we asked. A neighbor saw us rolling in the street and she instantly helped us find the apartment - even though she did not speak English. We only spent 1 night at this wonderful apartment, but if we ever go back to this area we are staying here 100%. We view was great aswell

Positive: We love exploring Italy as a family, and this time we chose a short route through Umbria, staying in the charming town of Gradoli, near Lago di Bolsena lake. Our stay at Casa Ai Giardini exceeded expectations. The apartment was huge—three spacious bedrooms! Everything was beautifully arranged with great attention to detail and comfort. The little touches, like laundry capsules thoughtfully provided by the owners and a cold bottle of water and juice waiting for us in the fridge, made us feel so welcome. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare a wonderful dinner. Our son especially loved the cozy bed in the children's room, complete with a night lamp he adored. One of the highlights was the large balcony with a stunning view. Sipping morning coffee out there was pure bliss! Alessandra was always available and had everything perfectly prepared for our stay. We appreciated the convenient parking right in front of the house and the secure key box with a code for easy access. Staying at Casa Ai Giardini was one of the best parts of our trip to Umbria. Positive: Excellent location. the apartment is impeccable and very well maintained. Easy access to a host of interesting places.

Negative: No real problems: if we come again I would ask to be in bedroom on courtyard as it would be quieter.
