Positive: It's an ideal base for exploring Moldoveanu, especially since the road is repaired and easily accessible by SUV. And if you just want to relax, the house is tucked away - peace and quiet guaranteed.

Negative: Although the apartment is well-equipped, sometimes even over-equipped, there were a few small things missing. There was no corkscrew (you can't take one on a plane :)), and the toilet paper ran out quickly.

Summary: Beautiful surroundings. I'll have to go back there when the fog clears in the mountains. :)

Positive: Big house feeling like in a middle of nowhere - great for escape from city or for people looking for base for trekking. Calm area, beaufitul garden. Apartment contains separate kitchen. Water comes from solar panels and wood powered boiler which may be issue for some. Parking space inside the garden.
