Positive: Very clean brand new ground floor two bedroom flat located within a short walking distance from the heart of Malaga. As a family, we enjoyed our stay there and it felt like home. Every thing was available us to use. Excellent value for money.

Positive: The apartment was very nice, big, and comfortable. It's located very close to the downtown and approxmently close to the beach, and there was a supermarket near us.
Negative: Unfortunately, there were some bugs inside, and we faced a problem with the Ac. It was switching off during the nighttime, so I had to switch it on manually.
Summary: Very nice place except for little issues.

Positive: The place looks exactly the same as pictures. Clean and everything is provided for your daily needs. Located in city centre, only 10 minutes walk to shopping area. About 15-20 minutes walk to the closest beach Met the hosts Miguel and his bf, they are so friendly and welcoming. 100% would come back here with family and friends in the future.

Positive: The apartment is absolutely immaculate - very clean, comfortably arranged. All the attractions in Malaga's historic centre are within 10-15 minutes' walk of the apartment. The location of the apartment is quiet, no street noise. Miguel was very pleasant, communicated quickly and provided the necessary information.
Negative: Parking is underground and very secure. However, an experienced driver is needed as there is a very narrow access via a car lift.

Positive: Nice clean apartment with a very accommodating host. The apartment had everything needed - living room with comfortable seating, washing machine, comfortable bed, and a kitchen set up with cook ware, plates, and utensils. They were able to let us check-in early and check-out late.

Positive: The location was a bit out of the busy center, but 10 minutes walk and the crowd was all around you. And that was OK. No traffic sounds in the apartment, no barking dogs, no screaming people, it was sooo quiet. Beds were excellent and two walk-in showers in two bathrooms.. ideal for couples or family with young adults who want to have their own bathroom. The TV was a huge screen. We did not use the kitchen but we saw that all was new. Sufficient and large towels are available. There is a seat outside with catches hardly any sun but no problem for us. Very good value for money.
Negative: It is a personal preference but i would place a second lamp in the living room for more atmospheric (yellow) light. Now there is only one atmospheric lamp and the rest is bright white lights. The water did not drain well in the shower and the sink of the kitchen but that was not a real issue for us and it can be solved by cleaning lady/cleaning man in day.
Summary: An excellent choice!

Positive: We liked everything about this spacious property, the cleanliness, very high quality furniture, the attention to detail in a very modern super equipped property. The contact with the company when we had a query was almost instantaneous. It was very central to the centre but yet so private and quiet. I usually find an issue with beds but they were superior quality. There was nothing missing in this apartment, they have thought of everything down to the luxurious towelling.
Negative: Nothing, you could not find fault with this property
