Positive: Location was excellent. Close to store, public transportation, Sapphire beach, Red Hook and boat to St. John. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. Unit has full kitchen and plenty of room.
Negative: Exterior is old, dated and in need of repair.
Summary: Convenient location. Unit was clean and roomy. Reasonable value for the stay.

Positive: Room was nice and clean and had everything you need. Property was clean and well taken care of, and the restaurant and bar was right there on the beach.
Negative: When I asked if our room had ocean views before we arrived I was told yes. No ocean view or anything, you need to walk down the path around the pond before you see the ocean/beach and views of St. John etc.

Positive: The villa was large and right off the beach. The location was great. Sapphire beach was beautiful and it was so close to red hook for nightly activities. The villa looked exactly like the pictures.
Negative: The bathroom for master bedroom needs the shower curtain fixed it. Also that bathroom needs the towel holder fixed. But other than that everything was great.
Summary: We came for a destination wedding and Casa azul was an excellent place to stay.

Negative: water in the shower was not that hot. we visited in December though. maybe in hot summers, it would be fine.
