Positive: The property was conveniently located on a stunning beach. We were able to see stingrays and sea turtles right on the beach and explore the coral reef. Super close to Red Hook. That two balconies were very relaxing! A hurricane hit while we were there and the owner was very kind and let us stay for a few additional hours after our flight got delayed. It was great to have his support after the storm.
Negative: Unfortunately, they do not have back up generators. Definitely need a lantern or flashlight to be more comfortable when those power outages happen. It would’ve been extremely helpful if the unit had a washer and dryer on the last day we found out there was a laundry area by the marina.
Summary: We truly enjoyed this slice of paradise! The staff was kind and accommodating.

Positive: My family loved the location and the nearby amenities like the pool and food/drink options. The unit was clean and provided the basics for an extended beach stay. The unit was also close to Red Hook and Coki beach for an even better variety of activities and dining options.
Negative: We didn't like that building C, where our rental was located didn't have an emergency generator for the lengthy power outages experienced during the day and night. I use a medical sleep apnea device and when power outages occurred it made for fatigue the next day. To be clear, the power outages ARE NOT the responsibility of the host who was polite, responsive, and helpful, but I believe it's important to note this for guests with medical devices requiring electricity.

Positive: I liked that the unit was beachfront and you had nice ocean views from the balconies.
Negative: The unit description was misleading. This unit was not recently renovated, the queen bed is a pullout couch, not actual bed and the unit is not a villa. It was less clean and had more bugs than anticipated. There were 3 weddings while we were there and a lot of the guests were very rowdy which was not ideal, especially since we had kids with us. The pool area and building roofs were under construction which was not mentioned.
Summary: I liked the location, but would not stay here again.

Positive: The view from both balconies was stunning! Everything was clean and comfortable. The unit was in building c, in between the pool and the beach. The water was so calm and clear. The apartment had snorkels, so we could take advantage of the fact that the coral reef was steps away from the shore. The pool had two levels; one deep and one shallow, which was great for young kids. It was easy to get a taxi to and from the airport to the condo- make sure you have cash on hand. The beach had four different places to eat, all of which were delicious, so you could get meals without leaving the property if you walked to. The condo also had an attendant to put out beach chairs. It was the best of what a rental home and a resort could offer combined into one. Hosts were super responsive and flexible- thank you! We will recommend to all our friends and will definitely be back!

Positive: Loved the location and view was spectacular. Loved the quiet hours. Happy there isn’t any raucous behavior. Beautiful and quiet location. We loved our stay.
Negative: The refrigerator was loud. Needed a few extra beach towels. Would have liked keurig pods and maybe some cream and sugar available for the coffee maker. But definitely wasn’t a big deal. There were no cushions for the upstairs loungers and they were dilapidated. Would have liked a bar chair or something upstairs as well. We like to sit up and watch rather than lay on a lounger.
