You will have access to full kitchen and open concept living area. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, perfect for up to 4 guests. This home shares a main entrance with the upstairs unit, but is thereafter a private oasis. Seal Beach is 30 minutes to Disneyland and Knott's, 7 miles to Aquarium of the Pacific. PLEASE READ: From Thanksgiving Until Easter (Changes every year) there is a Berm on the beach in front of the house.
