Bright Canarian House completely renovated, November 2019, (new in Homeaway but with experience of other highly successful properties), with top quality materials, very spacious spaces and exclusive furniture, located in a private property with a fantastic garden full of exotic plants , large private terrace with wonderful views of the sea, the garden, our avocado plantation and the Teide Volcano!
An amazing and cozy place to enjoy relaxation and fantastic sunsets.
It is a large property with two completely different and independent houses. Each one has its own private terrace with swimming pool, from which you cannot see the other house thus giving privacy and intimacy to our clients, and each one has its own entrance through different paths.
Casa Badana has a small pool like a fountain which is a great place where to refresh and sit in its inside bench while enjoying a nice drink or snack while enjoying the nice views and quietness.
The ideal place to enjoy a relaxing stay, quiet and quiet but only 5 minutes drive from shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Ideal for an active holiday (you can walk to the beach and Puerto de la Cruz just 30 minutes walk) or just rest and disconnect from the world in a wonderful place!
Because the house is new, we have few reviews from our clients. I have cut and pasted the reviews we have on another website so you can trust us and come to our new home!

We had a lovely time at Marta’s, the house itself both beautiful and comfortable, easy to tell that Marta is an interior designer, so many lovely touches. The house is nestled on a hill with banana plantations overlooking the ocean. It’s quiet and private. Marta is a wonderful host, she met us when we arrived and gave us so many tips for things to do and see on the island. She was available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. We had a really relaxing stay, I’ll miss having morning coffee out on the veranda!

Staying at this place was a dream from start to end. My partner and I spent Christmas here and it was gorgeous. We were met by our very lovely host Marta who was fantastic, gave us lots of good tips on places to visit, she is very warm and welcoming. The house was immaculate , absolutely gorgeous decor and had beyond everything we needed to make our stay special. I would highly recommend staying here. You may need a car, but if you are looking to explore locally then there are restaurants and shops close by that can be reached on foot. It is a very beautiful area, nestled amongst banana tree plantations with fantastic views, great for walking. We will definitely be visiting again!

The house corresponds exactly to the photos! It is very clean and lovingly decorated. Communication with Marta was great, she always replied immediately. At check-in you will be personally welcomed by Marta and will immediately receive some valuable tips for Tenerife. Checking out was also very straightforward. A very nice place to spend your vacation in Tenerife.

This place was so good we were wondering if it was a scam, but it's all real, the place and location is great, we used the Jacuzzi every evening for a romantic and relaxing night. As a romantic getaway Marta's place was very nice, Tenerife is also mind blowing, rent a car and visit the island (with the help of Marta's tips and advices). 5 stars

Our stay at Marta’s place was phenomenal! We were the first guests in the newly renovated house and enjoyed the stay so much. The house is beautiful, exactly as depicted in the pictures, well equipped with everything needed and located secluded within banana plantations giving us the perfect time out from work. The best thing was waking up in the morning with the spectacular view on the sea! Marta and her husband were great hosts, always responsive and Marta was so sweet to make little gifts for us. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely come back again :)

Summary: A car is recommended. There is a great taxi service, once you get past the grumpy lady on the phone. Town is 10 minute drive away. You need good leg muscles if walking in the area. Lovely restaurant 5-10 minute walk. Can’t fault our wonderful host Martha, nothing too much trouble.

Summary: We stayed in Casa Badana for unfortunately only 11 days at the beginning of November. The holiday home is one of the most beautiful places you can imagine on Tenerife. Although it is located on a narrow access road that requires some driving skills, it offers absolute relaxation and tranquillity with a magnificent view of the Teide and the sea. It is simply a pleasure to enjoy these views in the morning with a cup of coffee. The house is very spacious and tastefully furnished with great love for detail. Everything is available that is needed for the stay. The terraces and a beautifully landscaped garden invite you to relax. Marta is an incredibly charming and very attentive owner, who gave us valuable tips about the sights of the island, we were in constant contact and were happy to be inspired by her advice. It is definitely worthwhile to have a look at the Badana Resort website to check out the exceptionally friendly hostess's other accommodations and dream about the next holiday - which we will surely have soon! We would have loved to stay there forever.... Highly recommended and a special tip for Tenerife! Petra and Holger

Summary: We just returned from a week at this lovely home on the island. It is located among banana plantations and other homes and offers wonderful views of the ocean. The house is tastefully decorated and furnished with everything we needed. Marta, our host and owner, could not have been more gracious and accommodating with her time. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and, on one occasion in a nearby town, even jumped out of her car to assist us in locating a cab. In summary, both the accommodations and the service provided by Marta were outstanding! John

Summary: We stayed here for 2 weeks during February. The design of the apartment is very thought-through and unique. The view from the terrace to the Teide and the ocean is quite breathtaking - only a small power cable disturbs the view a bit, but that is quite common on Tenerife. The kitchen has really all you need, dishwasher, microwave, a good oven, all kinds of other equipment, even a stick blender. The living room is very comfortable, all kinds of armchairs and a sofa, all in different degrees of softness. If you like, the TV also has a free Netflix account. The bedroom is quite large and the bed is big and comfortable, rather on the harder side but we liked it. There is a separate locker room and a safe, so plenty of place to store everything. The bathroom is comfortable and has enough storage space but is small compared to the rest of the apartment. Parking is no problem at all, there is an electric gate opening to a bigger courtyard where you can park your car. The parking place is shared with guests from two other apartments which are located on the same estate (one already available, the other one probably available soon) - however the terraces of the different apartments are facing different sides and so you can hardly notice that there might be other people around. The owner is extremely helpful and honestly the most welcoming and caring one we have had in years.

Summary: Have just returned from a wonderful week at this property. I can't recommend it enough. Beautiful, clean and very, very peaceful. (The only sound we ever heard was birdsong!) The property provided everything needed for a wonderful stay. Marta was an amazing host. So attentive and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. She goes out of her way to make you welcome. The location is superb. The views are spectacular! I can hoestly say I have never sayed anywhere with mountain veiws on one side and ocean views on the other........ EVER!!! So peaceful and quiet, yet within a few minutes drive of shops and attractions. It is even possible to walk into Puerto de la Cruz, right from your front door! Whether you want an active holiday or just laze around the villa, this property will not disappoint. When we return to Tenerife we will definitely stay here again. Thank You Marta for everything!

Summary: Fantastic stylish house with high quality interior, very spacious for 2 pers. great view of the ocean and sourrounding hills. Situated among banana plantations in quiet neighborhood, but still very close downtown Puerto De La Cruz. There is also a nice restaurant in walking distance 10 min. from the house. We were not aware that house was attached to another rental, and even that you have seperate terraces you can not avoid to bump into the other occupants now and then. It was not a problem for us, as people was away a lot, but important to know. Marta our landlord was extraordinarily helpfull and gave us a lot of valuable information on sights, restaurants, beach clubs and more. Really a recommendable place for a great vacation.
