Negative: I suppose coming from England we are not used to cockroaches. We found a few, they didn't bother me and they are very easy to kill. Aussies probably wouldn't mention this.
Summary: The stay was ecellent, Casa Bella was comfortable and the location close to Red Beach was perfect.

Positive: Beautifully appointed living areas and bedrooms that had very attractive artwork and ornaments displayed. Excellent selection of games and puzzles. Clean and ample linen. Ample parking. Great location. Spacious. Great for families. Good variety of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils/pots.
Negative: (1) Kitchen was "tired" with cabinetry very shabby and in poor repair. Corner cupboard under the bench had wood shavings and flaking woodwork on the shelves. (2)The bedroom off the lounge area had no window coverings....the curtain tracks had been removed and not replaced. This made the room exceptionally cold especially at night and little privacy offered. (3) The front garden by the courtyard was sadly full of large weeds which detracted from what could be a very lovely home.
Summary: We had a lovely stay, would come again but a few basic things did let down the overall experience.

Positive: Great location and secure yard for pets and children. Beautifully styled and lovely glasses, plates and cutlery. Lots of serving plates and cheese knives. Easy to use dishwasher. Well fitted out with appliances except the fridge. Air-conditioning in main living and master bedroom worked well. Lots of sitting and dining areas. I sent a message about a faulty smoke alarm and received a response within 24 hours.
Negative: The vanities and kitchen cupboards well overdue for an update. We felt the bathroom vanities would totally disintegrate if we touched them. The three bedrooms without air-conditioning were extremely uncomfortable as it was a hot weekend in February. The fridge is ridiculously small for a house accommodating eight people.
