Summary: The staff welcomed me in a way that I felt I was visiting family ! The hotel is amazing. As a solo traveler had a lot of fun and was able to host my friends in common areas. The hotel surrounds are safe. Boris, the hotel manager and Noel, pool bar attendant were amazing. Cannot wait to book my next getaway in Puerto Vallarta!!

Summary: Besides the two leaks in the roof which were small leaks due to the being raining season, I found it very inconvenient that if I wanted to have someone sleepover that I met with during the parties they had and then partied with them at the beach, which is in walking distance as well Felt it inconvenience that I am being charged for having that guest spend tonight in my room that I purchased for the weekend. Seems like another scam for them to get some money from you aside from what you’re already paying.

Summary: Tried Casa Cupola for the first time and found it to be a wonderful experience. Their staff was outstanding, as was my room and the many amenities they offer. In particular, their Sunday brunch was the best! Multiple pool areas, bar and restaurant so you really want for nothing. Will absolutely stay there again on my next visit.

Summary: This place is amazing! My partner and I celebrated our 26th anniversary. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The whole staff was warm and welcoming. Our villa was beautiful with awesome views. Felix arranged “Dinner Under the Stars”. The food was incredible and the night was romantic. Unforgettable!
