Positive: The locations was great.
Negative: The room was pretty small, there was no refrigerator in the room . We were not able to get coffee or tea until the kitchen opened at 8:30am. The breakfast was really pretty poor., terrible coffee. I ordered eggs with bacon , the eggs were terrible and the bacon was cold and looked liked it was sitting on a shelf for week. We wouldn’t come back.

Positive: The architectural detail of the interior and exterior space condition. The home was immaculate. Perfectly designed and upgraded with modern features, but respected all the detail of the original craftsmanship of the home. The staff were amazing especially Louis, and we were fortunate that the owner was there with her family for two days which even made it feel more like being part of such a wonderful family

Positive: Beautiful property, highlighting the colonial beauty of México. Large, comfortable room with a modern bathroom and terrific bathtub with ample hot water and big soft towels. Some rooms have showers. Comfortable bed. Location great on a quiet street, a few blocks from the jardín (central plaza) and cathedral, shops and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff, delicious breakfast cooked to order served in the comedor (dining room) of this beautiful old house.
Negative: No elevator, lots of stairs. This might be a problem for some people. I expect elevators are few in this colonial city. There is assistance in getting your bags up the beautiful stairs.

Negative: The room was tiny though we did have a huge terrace. Although breakfast was custom made, it was adequate but pretty limited

Negative: Staff not professional. Luis is very nice and welcoming guest, detailed walk through with guest. We are supposed to check out before 1PM. In the morning, we packed everything and ready to checkout, we left luggage in the room and locked door. Then we walk out to visit a museum before check out, but when we come back 12:45PM to checkout. Surprised to find the staff already open the door and clean the room, also the safe (our passport and wallet locked inside) is opened by someone (although nothing missed). Hope the staff can be more professional.
