Summary: Darren was very responsive and helpful, though we didn't need much help because his introductory emails gave us all the info we needed for our stay. We spent each morning reading by the pool and the rest of the day involved activities that were very close at hand. Great restaurants, a craft brewery, and Wigwam golf are just a few blocks away so we were able to walk to them. Very handy at the brewery. Safeway, Walmart supermarket, car wash & gas station and a dog offleash park are just a few blocks away. This all makes for a very relaxing visit.

Summary: This was the perfect house for our weeklong stay! Not only was it within walking distance to Wigwam, where we were for a 4 day golf tournament but it was the perfect location for everything we needed! The restaurants within walking distance were the perfect places to eat! Location 10/10 - multiple restaurants and stores within a mile. We spent our evenings walking around the neighborhood and watching people fish at the lake, such a nice change of scenery. The house itself was something else! We were traveling with our frenchie and the main concern was keeping him cooped up all week but that was not the case! The front enclosed yard was perfect for him to run around in when he got the zoomies without having to worry about passing cars or falling into the pool. We spent many nights in the den/living room together as a family or cooking in the kitchen. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed which was such a relief! It’s definitely a pet friendly house with all the nice touches and dog beds everywhere. Our little Kahne felt right at home. We were able to cool off from the Arizona heat in the pool which was so relaxing after golfing. The decor of the house was so chic - I took pictures as inspo for our house! Overall I couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to stay! Hopefully we get the chance to stay again next year. We didn’t get a chance to meet Darren or Leslie because they had everything set up and we encountered no issues. We LOVED Karr Beach House Casa Caliente

Summary: Check in was super easy and door lock worked! The property is as listed in the photos and is very clean. Everything worked as it should. Water pressure was great. Host had to come over and show me how to start the pool and was there in 10 mins. Great host and had many great restaurant suggestions and was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Beach towels for pool use were by the back door and there were many. There are about four restaurants within a two-block walk that were great. Shopping was very close. Very safe location, there were people walking dogs and families walking all times of day and late into the night. Police presence was very high, in a good way. Golf community so karts share the road in this magical location. Book it and enjoy!

Summary: This home is adorable and so clean. I felt right at home immediately. The neighborhood is perfect with nearby restaurants, beautiful walking paths and the Wigwam golf course. I would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: Love this part of the metro area. Easy to get around and close to all of the normal shopping needs. Quiet area and the place had all of the essentials.

Summary: Our stay was perfect. The house was in the perfect location for us. We loved the waterfall in the front of the house and the pool in the back was amazing. Communication was great when we had questions. We hope to stay there again in the future.
