Casa Calma boasts 3 bedrooms 3 baths all en suite w queen beds. Extremely private gated, fenced compound oasis, Topa Topa views w an indoor-outdoor vibe and an open floor plan perfect for entertaining Infants, Kids, and Seniors. Newly staged throughout and super clean. Fully fenced property pet friendly w solar, fruit trees, pine grove, home office, laundry machines, Bbq, 2 terraces, and 2 private patios, fenced park like yard, beaches nearby, and close hiking at the Ventura river preserve. Gorgeous new hard surfaces throughout the entire house stays cool and clean. A very special open floor plan w lots of windows and sliders and patios to bring nature into the house and creates a fun environment for any occasion. Come enjoy this Eco friendly solar electric house w style, organic gardens, orchard and drought tolerant botanical experience. If you want hip clean modern digs in Ojai, look no further. I recently updated all of the furnishings. Board games and kitchen w oils, condiments, dishes, pots and pans, and coffee maker etc. Plenty of giant spruce trees nice and shady. The lot is sunny with mountain views and also has shade from the trees w a cool breeze comes up from the ocean. You and your friends or family will have a blast here. Rooms have blackout window treatments allowing for maximum sleeping comfort. Lots of vintage touches throughout the property. All rooms have their own mini splits AC and heating so each guest can adjust to their comfort. Master has a couch and ensuite custom bath w soaking tub for 2. There are 2 couches in the living room. Please respect the property so it is nice for future guests. Great picnic tables and custom made patio furniture. Terraces and patios circle the house with vintage and new furnishings 60 inch and a 42 inch TV.. The hot tub is a 2 person custom tub located in the master bathroom as seen in the photos. No chlorine fresh water every time. I also have Sauna that needs an appointment to use. I can set up bike rentals, massage therapists, yoga therapists, and or private chef. Trolly pics up on the corner ever 45 minutes. Great for wine tasting or choosing not to drive after drinking. Just hop on the trolley and it will bring you home. Let me know if you need any recommendations for restaurants etc. If you like midcentury modern homes then you will love this well appointed furnished designer home. Close to Ventura, Montecito, and Santa Barbara.

Summary: We booked this home for a working group team retreat, and we were looking for something in the Ventura County area that was close to good cycling, food/beverages, and nearby for local team members. We had such a wonderful time in this oasis of a home (the yard is tranquil and relaxing!); the beds were comfortable, the home was clean, and the host was gracious and responsive. Highly recommend!

Summary: Ryan's place was the perfect retreat from Los Angeles and perfectly suited for our Ojai Music Festival weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the large yard and the easy feel of the house between concerts and activities in the Valley. Ryan was very responsive to any questions and the process was a breeze. We would love to come back for a week with our dog to take advantage of the ability to work remotely and get out of the city.

Summary: The property is amazing and nicely fenced. The house could have been a little cleaner. With just a damp rag, lots of things could have been made clean. Refrigerator/freezer was not very clean. We did enjoy the serene atmosphere.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay here - the host made it even better with tips and offering to help with anything I needed. The place is a ranch style home that's been remodeled and modernized - very cool and hip feel to it. The beds are wow, wow comfy (thank you!). Bathrooms and everything very clean. Filtered pH balanced water available from a spout in the sink, crystals and good vibes everywhere. I only wish the yard were not all bark and dirt, but I understand the difficulty in watering and maintaining a large lot in a state that has a drought. Great place to stay if you're visiting Ojai!

Summary: We had a large group and this was the perfect property! Homeowner Ryan was really easy to work with and was helpful for our special requests. Plenty of sleeping space, the kitchen was well equipped, small but worked well for serving a crowd. The outdoor space was the best! plenty of picnic tables and lovely pine trees provided shade. This is a corner lot so there was enough room all of our cars. We would stay here again!
