Positive: The property is 8-min walk from the train station and ferry to Lugano. Very close to the lake. The property is well maintained and prepared for the guests, complete with all the needs for the guests. Host, Davide efficient with all our questions. The value for money.

Negative: Nothing (but we were expecting for a washing machine)

Positive: Location. A stones throw from the lake. 2 cafes on the lakeside . Others within walking distance, . Close to station (for Milan) and to boat travel (for Lugano.. Kitchen is well equipped. Hosts really, really friendly and willing to help with anything that might go wrong.

Negative: Not much to dislike. More info on how to find the street - it is quite hard to find at first and the car park. This is a short walk away and still close to the lake.

Positive: We had a great time here, the property is spacious and well equipped, the beds very comfortable. Great location too.

Negative: We were aware when booking that parking is not available but there is a large car park nearby so it was ok.
