Summary: Fantastic location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Ideal for visiting Lake Como and Lake Maggiore. Spacious and lovely garden. Hosts were very welcoming.

Summary: The property was very well located with close access to a supermarket, cafes and the train station and Lake Lugano. It was a great base to have in the area, in a quiet location. The house was very comfortable for the 4 of us with all facilities that you would need whilst on vaction. It was close to the train station,which gave us another option of travelling in the area eg. Varese, Milano. We were also able to park our hire car securely in the property. Our hosts, Domenico and Marriet were very nice and ensured that our accomodadation had everything we needed including a well stocked pantry, laundry and bathroom cupboard. Clean towels and sheets were also provided for our second week. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in this area. We hope to be able to visit the area again and stay at this property at some time in the future.

Summary: Villa Reggio di Sole was a beautiful home away from home❤️ Domenico and Marinette thought of everything to make our stay a memorable one! We would highly recommend Porto Ceresio with it’s picturesque location and friendly people. We did not have a car, but it didn’t stop us from doing anything! The train station is only a 10-15 minute walk with a direct line to Varese and Milano Porto Garibaldi stations. From Varese it is easy to connect with other train services to places like Como. In Porto Ceresio there are many beautiful restaurants and eateries and the food is varied and plentiful and priced reasonably. There is a supermarket within walking distance from the Villa that stocks almost everything you could want. We do not speak much Italian, but most times we were able to be understood and luckily for us a lot of the people we came across were able to speak pretty good English. Thank you Domenico and Marinette for letting us stay at your beautiful Villa❤️❤️

Summary: We are a french family with 3 small kids and we all would love to come back. We enjoyed a lot our staying in the huge appartment. The garden is great too and big. Kids were abled to play inside and outside. And whilst, my wife and I, we had time for us. Marinette and Domenico, the owners are very welcoming and they are nice people. Porto Ceresia is a very nice place to walk through, to sit and complentale all around. It is green and quiet and with everything you need. You can bath on beaches covered with sand. Last, it is a midpoint to visit all lakes, Milano, Bergamo, Tecine, and soo many others thinks. To conclude, we find all what we were looking for and even more. Sure, we will come back.

Summary: Villa Raggio Di Sole and the proprietor Domenico were both delightful. The apartment is spacious and very clean with a full kitchen. While Domenico was most accommodating and helpful, he also allowed us our privacy-since the apartment is part of a 3 family unit. The grounds are very well kept-just as in the picture. The location was perfect for me in Porto Cerersio since I did not have a vehicle. Two super markets are within walking distance and the lake promenade is just a 10 minute walk away. The setting and view are so very beautiful because you are surrounded by both the Swiss and Italian Alps. Also, this is a very safe and secure place as well. Grazie Mille, Domenico, for a perfect vacation for me.
