Positive: Very nice rooms, cleanliness, neatness of rooms and bathrooms

Negative: We were only disappointed with the breakfast, as there was only a sweet cake available. The coffee was excellent. However, they compensated for the breakfast with a gift - a very good red wine from Sicily.

Positive: New furniture and facilities in general, very central location. Very comfortable mattress.

Negative: It would have been nice to have even a small kitchen or kitchen table. The access to the parking space was a bit complicated (it requires good driving skills to drive through a very narrow street), but at the same time it was very nice to have the possibility to park by the garden.
