There is a queen sleeper sofa with a screen divider for privacy if needed. Pool is just across the way in the center of the complex. Propane grill on back porch. Has a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot.

Summary: We had a wonderful family trip. All adults but three generations and something for everyone to do. Quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from old town. Our second year here looking forward to returning.

Summary: Great stay. Plenty of room for everyone and convenient location. Rooster crowing was nice local touch except their internal clock was off a bit and started way too early in the morning. Hope to return.

Summary: It was just as it was described- no surprises. Communication was easy and our host answered all questions quickly and sufficiently. The home was comfortable and clean. Loved the outdoor sitting areas. The pool area could use a bit of updating.

Summary: We stayed here for my 50th birthday celebration. 7 of us, including friends and family had plenty of room to hang out together or separate. We only cooked breakfast in the kitchen and the rest of the meals were eaten out, at the many great restaurants in the area! Judy was excellent with communication, responding to texts quickly and was very accommodating, when we arrived an hour earlier than check-in. We all had a great time and would definitely recommend this house!

Summary: The house was very nice and had all the amenities we needed. It was also nicely decorated with ocean/beach themes. We really enjoyed sitting out on the back porches and enjoyed swimming in the community pool. This house was a perfect size for 6 adults, with plenty of room to spread out. A nice bonus was having a wood fired pizza place and French bakery just a block away and in easy walking distance. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Summary: I stayed here with my husband, six year old son, my parents, and my husbands parents and we all fit perfectly. The house is set up with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and we all had our own space with plenty of room. My husband and my son had a ball at the pool which is just steps away from the house and it’s also right down the road from Key West. They have plenty of restaurants around if you don’t want to drive into Key West. The house had everything you needed plus more! We spent the day at the beach and we were able to use chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler from the house! Our new spot to stay anytime we want to go to Key West!
