Summary: The place was immaculately done. Small but spacious. Huge kitchen and open living area. So close to campus and the mall. Id return next weekend and evrry weekend if i could and if itbwas available. The owners responded to every message within 20min or less. Just an amazing experience Thank you

Summary: House is new and well designed. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed coffee on the roof deck with views of the Flatirons. Easy walk to "the hill" to visit our son. Great kitchen with everything you need to make a nice meal (we cooked for our son and a couple of his friends). Great communication with owners made our stay easy - very relaxing stay.

Summary: We stayed at Casa Clem for a week and really enjoyed it. The condo complex is new construction with a lot of amenities. We brought a chef in one evening and there was plenty of room for 6 of us and two staff, both complimentary of the kitchen appliances and furnishings. The beds are comfortable and the views and location are amazing. We walked to Pearl Street and campus. Awesome place as advertised.

Summary: We stayed for 10 amazing days! Communication was fantastic from the jump. Location was perfect to walk to pearl street for dinners and cocktails. Rooftop was beautiful for morning coffee. Place was clean and well equipped. Will absolutely come back!

Summary: Can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! My family and I had the greatest time staying here. Everything was just as listed, maybe even better.
