Amazing location in the Whittier neighborhood. Just 3 blocks to Pearl Street yet peaceful residential area with mature trees and perfect backyard for grilling and lounging!
Gorgeous 3 bedroom and 2 full bath Victorian home located in downtown Boulder - walk to Pearl Street or stay and enjoy the sanctuary of the backyard!
All 3 bedrooms offer a queen bed with closet and dresser so you can settle in. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a delicious home cooked meal, beds are made with soft linens and bathrooms are stocked with towels and soaps.
Home offers modern kitchen with granite countertops and 1 push espressos, gorgeous dining room with bar, front sitting room with pellet stove and media/library room in addition to the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath. Secure WiFi as well as Cable and Apple TV where you can stream net flix or movies from your computer.
Fenced in and professionally landscape backyard and deck offer perfect spot for grilling and dining or just relaxing on the outdoor living room furniture. Plenty of on street parking in addition to the driveway but a car really isn't necessary as you can take the RTD bus direct from the airport to a downtown stop just several blocks from the home.
Spruce Pool is just one block away so the kids can splash around during hot summer days! 4 cruiser bikes available as well if you want to ride around the many bike paths and downtown. There is also a pack and play (no sheets) and baby gate at the house so you don't need to worry about lugging that with you:)
Dogs are welcome with a doggie door, dog beds and a fenced in yard!
Pets incur a one time $50 fee for additional cleaning. Early check in and late check out will incur a $50 fee if they can be accomidated.

Summary: We had everything we needed…walking distance to Pearl Street, easy parking, awesome communications, a fantastic house, great amenities, welcome wine, access to everything in the house, comfortable beds, an amazing enclosed back yard…it was perfect for two families including an infant and an au pair! So much stipulated was available to us in the house, and we were trusted with it. Thank you

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this cute Victorian house that is close to Pearl Street. The house inside is lovely with the double bonus of a cute front porch to enjoy a cool drink and a very pretty backyard for a fun barbeque. The house was well supplied, clean and just extra comfortable. Liz , the owner, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We stayed for 2 weeks which is a while to be away from home and yet, we were comfortable to ‘be in and come back’ to this house every day during our time in Boulder. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Summary: The host was very easy to contact and always responded immediately. We loved the quiet backyard and utilized the patio/deck every day! Loved how close it was to Pearl street, yet away from traffic. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the espresso machine was an added bonus!

Summary: This is a fantastic property! It’s a beautiful home with wonderful outdoor spaces and loads of charm. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, and sites. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely recommend staying here!

Summary: This home is the perfect blend of character with just enough updates to make it perfectly comfortable! Check in was easy and she even texted me to let me know when the home was ready! Detailed instructions helped us the navigate the home and had wonderful suggestions for dog friendly restaurants. The enclosed yard is just awesome for playing and pottying! The bench seats and conversation style chairs are perfect for cozy evenings and there are even dog toys! The kitchen is well stocked and the fridge is new! We had everything we could have needed! The owner is also very responsive and helped us immediately with the few questions we had. Would definitely stay again!
