Positive: I don't normally write reviews, but this is one of the best value places I have stayed in 35 years of international travel. The ambience is extremely relaxing and the staff are fantastic - nothing is too much trouble. Small but nice pool, clean and tastefully appointed rooms, well tended gardens, centrally located. A home away from home. Highly recommended.
Negative: There is some external noise during the day, but that's normal for this part of the world. It never bothered me at night.

Positive: It was pretty and the bed was comfy
Negative: The staff was like, aggressive with things. Charged us for linens that got dirty from a spilled drink that we were upfront about. Staff knocking on the door a lot. Mixed up booking and they let us come early but charged us for a night we weren’t there and wouldn’t let us leave until we signed something.
Summary: Pretty place. Would not come back ever.

Positive: If you're coming to Nusa Lembongan, Stay here. The Design of the place is amazing and feels like a little breakaway from the rest of the island. The little coconut(Small restaurant associated with the hotel) makes amazing Bacon and Egg breakfast rolls. There is also a cute Warung(Restaurant) close by called Dupar Kecil. In all of our travels in Indonesia, they made the best Nasi Gureng. The staff at Casa Coco were amazing. Definitely worth your stay.
Negative: We stayed too short. We should have spent at least a week here.
Summary: Great location. Clean rooms. Beautiful hotel. Worth your stay.
