Positive: The house is really big, with a lot of space inside and outside, garage in the basement is also very big. The location is perfect - second line from the main street so without noise from traffic, short walk to modern supermarket with fresh seafood, short walk to the sea and yacht marina, where nice cafes and restaurants are open even in winter, seashore is very beautiful, with good looking buildings along the seaside producing pleasant aesthetic feeling when walking. 20 minutes by feet to the train station direct line to Barcelona center. Internet at the speed of light) via a dedicated fiber line.
Negative: TV didn't support Netflix, cable channels are in Spanish, so we had to watch movies on our laptop.
