Positive: Great location, amazing view from the huge terrace and fantastic people. Not to mention the delicious freshly cooked breakfast! Private parking too. I'd add a hammock to the inviting terrace - for people who want to chill or have a nap outside.:) Keep up the god job!

Positive: Great location, we definitely recommend this place as panajachel is quite noisy while here we slept super well. You can easily walk everywhere or take a tuk tuk for 1 euro. Very good breakfast. Amazing family, they received us with great and kind hospitality, organised the trip to Guatemala City and gave us many good tips to explore the area. Highly recommended

Positive: The host is helpful, kind, and attentive. Even when we left I could still ask for help. I would say the generosity and care was what makes me know I will come back. Also the the room was spacious and bright. The family is lovely and wanted to share time together at breakfast. They ask you what you need and the time that works to make sure they welcome you with food based on your needs. It was a lovely experience and very honest! Thank you!!!

Negative: I can't say.....nearby you have a lot of things to do and see by foot and the location is central.

Summary: A warm home that you will return to and cute rooms with fresh fruits and breakfast.

Negative: I was happy with everything.. the staff went out of their way to help.

Positive: We came in last minute as we were sick and needed to extend our stay in Panajachel. The place is lovely with enormous potential. However, what really stood out was the kindness of the owner who took such great care of us. Definitely recommend for an authenic feel of staying with local hosts. Thank you so much.

Positive: Great host, amazing breakfast! Loved the veranda in front of my room. It had a nice view and it was nice to hang out there and read. Big room with a comfy bed and a nice hot shower… Would definitely stay there again
