Summary: Pros: The staff were extremely friendly, which still made the stay pleasant. The location is also great to walk around and explore the shops & grab meals (along with having the convenience of meals at the hotel). Cons: The jacuzzi wasn’t hot & the room was extremely hot & humid. We had to sleep with the deck door open and still we were hot. Also, there was no fridge in the room. Unfortunately, for the price this hotel wasn’t worth it.

Summary: The hotel has beautiful views of the lake and is very well located as a base to explore the towns around the lake. Very clean and modern rooms. My only complaint was that they are inflexible on check-in time (they allow early check-in and late check-out only if we pay a fee and don’t provide room upgrades even though both are supposed to be advantages of platinum status on the booking platform). Also there is no laundry service contrary to the description, which was a let down for a hotel of that caliber. Overall, I would stay here again though.
