Positive: Beautiful home and the pool/patio area was perfect, staff respond to all our needs timely. The golf cart and bike was also a big bonus to get around.
Summary: Beautiful home , 5 min walk to beach in a great neighborhood!

Positive: We like that it was close to everything and we had the cart to get us around along with the bikes
Negative: The pool was always cold and so was the hot tub. I called and they said they would get someone to call us or come out . One of the showers up stairs didnโ€™t work the out door shower didnโ€™t work .
Summary: Over all it was a great place but needed the pool and hot tub to work right and one of the bathroom showers didnโ€™t work

Positive: House was large and spacious. Open floor plan in the living area and kitchen provided ample room for our family of 14. The private pool was a daily activity after a hot day at the beach. The two-car garage was a bonus allowing room for the included golf cart and bicycles along with room to store our beach gear and coolers. The location in the cul-de-sac gave the house made the house feel like the other houses were not on top of you. We loved everything and would rent it again.
Negative: Though sleep able the guest rooms could use some updated memory foam mattresses.

Negative: I loved the property, house is decorated beautifully, dining chairs need to be replaced, we had to buy cleaner , to clean chairs after kids eating & touching chairs, other then that I loved the house
