Located in the quiet and quaint East Alameda Compound, the home is easy walking distance to the historic Santa Fe Plaza, gourmet restaurants, and is just steps away from the renowned Canyon Road Historic Arts District. The property boasts beautiful custom finishes and an updated gourmet kitchen with professional-grade appliances (Wolf Range, SubZero Fridge) and granite countertops. Vaulted ceilings, an open living space, one kiva woodburning fireplace in the living room, and 2 decorative fireplaces in the 2 king master bedrooms, antique doors, wood and concrete floors along with native stone walk-in showers complete the charm. Two master suites flank the living, dining and kitchen areas; all have direct access to the stunning private patio which extends the living space and is perfect for dining, grilling or simply enjoying the outdoor fireplace in the coolness of the evening. Each master suite has a decorative fireplace and elegant bath while the third twin bedroom with a walk-in shower bath is privately located at the lower level of the home, accessible via an attached, private entrance outside the front door of the home. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was smaller and more cramped than the photos led us to expect. The 3rd bedroom was in the basement (very nice room) which was not what we expected. For the 2nd year in a row we did not get the place we originally selected which was also a disappointment. As usual, maintenance items were handled quickly and completely which was appreciated.

It is a beautiful house, beautifully furnished, and is equipped with just about anything you might need during your vacation. It has a lovely outdoor space that was peaceful and private, as was the neighborhood.The location was perfect for us, very convenient to downtown, Canyon Road, Museum Hill, etc. The house was sparkling clean. We found Santa Fe Vacation Rentals very professional and nice to deal with. We would definitely use them again, and rent this house again. It is great.We did not have an issue with this, but some people might. The entrance to the third bedroom is down a steep staircase outside the main house. It would be so much nicer if access to the third bedroom was from the inside. The bedroom and bathroom themselves were very nice.
