Positive: The breakfast was adequate, the host wonderful. She went out of her way to answer our questions and make our stay a success. Our friends enjoyed the outdoor seating for relaxation and conversation. We were walking distance from Canyon Road and Santa Fe Plaza.
Negative: The walk-in shower is a bit tight, but the water pressure and temperature were right on.
Summary: Everyone wants to stay at this location next summer when we travel to Santa Fe for opera.

Positive: The location was perfect for walking to the historic plaza. It had everything we needed. Having food for breakfast and coffee available was a nice touch.
Negative: It needs TLC. The bathroom needs a new shower liner, a new tub floor mat, and a good scrubbing. A couple of the doors had over the door hooks that made it difficult to close the doors without a lot of noise. Much of the place needed to be freshened up with a coat of paint. The closets are full of stuff, including the linen closet—but not tidy. The outside garden needed some TLC. This could be a great place if everything was more pristine.

Positive: We had a great stay at the "Coyote House"! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (including some breakfast items and most imprtantly coffee). The location was very walkable — close to the Plaza and a lot of great restaurants, which made getting around super easy. Plus, a private parking space, which is important because it can be difficult to find parking in Santa Fe partiicularly on the weekends. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host/property was easy and helpful. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely book again!
