Positive: Situated in a great spot close to everything, easy to find and easy self-check in. Jess was absolutely fantastic - friendly, very prompt responses and very helpful. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious and clean. Couldn’t complain and would definitely recommend to anyone else seeking accommodation down on the Gold Coast. 😊
Negative: Nothing! The construction next door wasn’t that bothersome at all so no complaints.

Positive: Location was good, although having the roadworks all night making such noise was a bit of a let down.
Negative: The noise of the roof when the wind picks up. The noise from day & night road works. No garbage bags. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Only 1 small sofa for 4 people. Towels could be replaced with new ones or having a linen service for such things. No lighter for stove as it doesn't light as it should. No ice from ice or water from fridge dispenser.

Positive: location was great, Jess the owner was very easy to communicate with, and her instructions were through and understandable.
Negative: nothing to do with the Villa itself, the council had the road dug up so had to leave my car out on the road

Positive: A nice sized modern apartment with everything you could need. Very clean and tidy. The fact that it is dog friendly is a major draw card. I will only book places where my dog can come too. Jess was really great, good communication. Easy check in and check out.
