Summary: This was our first time using VRBO. We were very impressed. The view was totally amazing. The brochure pictures do not do justice to the awesome views. The house was very nice too. Everything we could have needed was available. Very clean and quiet area. Highly recommend this place. If given the opportunity would definitely return to this place.

Summary: Great house in a fantastic location that is also close to trails, restaurants and grocery stores. The house was very clean and well organized and had all the amenities including coffee and other kitchen basics. Sandy was a great host and I’d highly recommend this place to friends.

Summary: Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable, from check in to leaving. This gem of a home is in a GREAT location for all shopping, eating, and exploring that you will want to do during your stay in Sedona. The home was clean, spacious and well stocked, with lots of extra towels, blankets, cleaning supplies and kitchen supplies. It was an extra treat - and a money saver to enjoy the coffee/tea bar and the bathroom toiletries. The BEST part is watching the sunrise over Coffee Pot Rock each morning. We definitely recommend this property!

Summary: Family of 5, house was great. Had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. We used gas grill twice. Good location. Grocery store 1.5 miles away. Walking distance to a few trails. We did Sugarloaf mountain twice for sunset mainly because of traffic to other more popular spots, but we enjoyed it, especially since you can walk from the house. I would stay here again
