6 Bedroom Villa in Camino Nuevo, Yabucoa

Our ocean oasis is a large two villa building (one ground level and one second floor) 3268 SF six bedroom and four bath room ground level Spanish style villa on the Eastern shore of Puerto Rico facing the Caribbean Sea. Our beach villa comfortably sleeps fifteen all in beds - beds consist of two king bed masters, two queen beds, three full beds, one twin bed, two queen aero beds.
Just one breaths walk to the sea and you can hear and see the grandeur of Casa del Mar (House of the Sea). Enjoy a swim in the infinity pool facing the sea with views of Vieques Island.
Have to work a little while you play on vacation? Don't worry, we've got you covered with Liberty Cable high speed internet and WiFi. There is a desk with printer available.
Need to get out of the sun? Enjoy one of the many classic board or card games we've provided for your family. Want to listen to your favorite tune? Connect your electronic devices to our Bluetooth speakers. We also offer a flat screen TV's (with cable), DVD player and a small collection of movies. And for those who like to read, a small bookcase library.
We do love to cook and with that in mind have provided all the cooking amenities one could want or possibly need while on vacation.
The 1st floor kitchen is an open concept, fully equipped chef's kitchen with (4) high back bar stools tucked under our oversized granite counter tops. This kitchen boasts a full size double door refrigerator, electric glass top stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, griddle, George Foreman Grill, fully stocked dishes, flatware and glassware for ten. The dining room table accommodates 8 guests.
The 2nd floor kitchen is an open concept, fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen has a full-size double door refrigerator, gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, griddle, George Foreman Grill, fully stocked dishes, flatware and glassware for eight. The dining room table accommodates 6 guests.
And for those who prefer to dine outside while enjoying the breeze and beauty of the Caribbean Sea may use the dining tables and comfortable cushioned chairs on the lower patio, seats 15.
The 1st floor living room has large flat screen TV with cable, blue-tooth surround sound, cards and family board games for everyone to enjoy.
The 1st floor Master bedroom has a Mahogany hand carved king size poster bed with private full bath. There is a large armoire with flat screen TV with cable, and plenty of storage. The room also boasts French doors which open out to the patio and infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
The 1st floor 2nd bedroom has full size bed (sleeps 2). The bed faces a large window looking out to the infinity pool and Caribbean Sea.
The 1st floor 3rd bedroom has a Mahogany hand carved queen size poster bed and flat screen smart TV.
The 2nd floor master 4th bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2) with private full bath. There is also a den/office area with a desk with a day bed (sleeps 1). There is a large Armoire with flat screen TV with cable and plenty of storage. The room also boasts French doors which open out to the wrap around balcony overlooking the infinity pool and Caribbean Sea.
The 2nd floor 5th bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full size bed (sleeps 4), with a TV.
Then 2nd floor 6th bedroom has full sized bed (sleeps 2) and an armoire with smart TV.
The 2nd floor also boasts a large wrap around balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea with amazing views day and night (star-gazing). Take in the sea breeze while you relax in the over-sized balcony chairs.
Both levels have a laundry room with washer and dryer, shelving with plenty of storage and an iron with ironing board.
Exterior surveillance at all entry doors, sides of buildings, yard and pool. This is for your safety as well as ours. No footage is stored long term.
The kitchen and bathroom sinks have room temperature water only (80+/- degrees). Showers have hot water.
You may hear cars playing loud music as they drive by or music from the corner bar. You may hear neighborhood dogs barking.

Summary: My husband, myself, 5 adult children and 5 grandkids stayed for 5 days and didn’t want to leave! We rented the whole house and had plenty of room for everyone. Comfy beds, awesome pool the grandkids basically lived in and lots of outdoor furniture for relaxing in. They also had a “in case you forgot we got you covered” bins in each bathroom. Very very nice as mine and my husband’s luggage didn’t arrive until the next day. Very nice property and I highly recommend!

Summary: We stayed at Casa Del Mar for an extended family trip - kids 2-17 yo. adults and grandparents. This property was a great fit for our group - we had space to accommodate our group of 13, there is a large backyard with private pool for the kids to roam safely and play, and it is located within close proximity of the activities we wanted to do while in Puerto Rico. This is the most well-appointed house I have ever stayed at: beach towels, pool/beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs; cookware, dinnerware, and spices - all we needed were our clothes and groceries! On recommendation from Melanie, we hired Chef Chango to cater in a Puerto Rican style meal and it was fantastic!A car is a must-have and there is ample parking space for 3-4 cars. There are lots of options for excursions including fishing, snorkeling, and horseback riding, all within a 30-min drive. The water at the property's beach has an undertow that us midwesterners weren't comfortable with so we took a short drive to a public beach near Punta Tuna. It was perfect for the littles and still fun for the bigger kids.One of our 9 yo kids said: "When we come back to Puerto Rico we are staying at this exact same house! I love it here!!" We highly recommend Casa del Mar!

Summary: Excellent location overlooking a beach and Atlantic ocean. Beach was great for walking and some beachcombing. The two 3 bed two bath villas were very conveniently separated on different floors and a set of exterior stairs. Only used teh one kitchen, but each villa has one. This is my only VRBO that was very organized with labels for cabinets/drawers, just in case toiletry items, more than enough towels, very clean pool with plenty of pool toys, Smart TVs with streaming. Generac back-up was seamless and needed with a transformer outage. Communication and guides were very responsive and accessible in hard copy and sent by e-mail. Perfect for three generation family vacay.

Summary: Went with kids and grandkids to celebrate my 75th birthday and it was memorable! House was big enough for 11 of us with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all. The view was simply amazing and sunrises spectacular. House was meticulous , grounds impeccable, and the pool was pristine.Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and extremely helpful before and during our trip regarding restaurants, etc. I would wholeheartedly recommend Casa Del Mar without hesitation.

Summary: We just returned from a week at Casa Del Mar and miss it already! The home fit all 14 of us (ages 11-80) comfortably and was well equipped for just about any activity you would want to do. The owners are very helpful and responsive and provide many thoughtful extras. The beach is very secluded and uncrowded—in fact we barely saw another person on the beach all week long! The area is a small community with mostly locals which we really liked. Anything you might need is a short drive away and it’s very easy to get around. Our favorite part by far was the outdoor space. The pool and yard area are the nicest I’ve ever experienced in my many years of using vacation rentals. 5-star experience and can’t wait to return!

Summary: This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautiful and the hosts have done a GREAT job of labeling and explaining all of the things. Our family of 13 had plenty of room. We loved having the restaurant 50 feet from the gate and frequented it every single day...multiple times! :-) Our interactions with Ivan and Ramon were friendly, prompt and helpful. The beach was too rough for our littles, but the beautiful pool made that not matter at all. We LOVED it and it will be a high contender for our next family vacation in a few years! Thanks for a great stay!!!!!!!!!
