Positive: Francesco was very welcoming an helpfull and Magdalena send very nice tips. They also prepared kids toys and changing tools. Rooms are very spacious, beds comfortable, and the location is great! Close to Venice by train, and restaurant and supermarket and kids playground nearby.

Negative: There is 1 bathroom including 1 toilet, which might be a little inconvenient when you are with many people.

Summary: Wonderful stay to visit Venice and very child friendly!
