Positive: The accommodation overall was indeed lovely. The communication with the host was easy and prompt. The flat had everything you may need for a short stay. The host had put some yoghurt, juice, ham, and bread in the fridge as well as some fruit on the table. It was enough for two breakfasts. Extremely comfy bed and extra pillows.

Negative: The outside of the property wasn't too well looked after, and there was no outside seating area, which we would have loved to use as it was round 20 degrees outside. Also, the flat was rather chilly during the night with no option to turn the temperature up.

Positive: It was perfect, the best we’ve ever been to! Fully equipped, comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. The host was very kind and really helpful! I highly recommend this accomodation!

Positive: Lovely traditional Italian apartment with modern amenities and food essential items provided. We were greeted by a friendly lady and communicated via a translation app. As our plane from Ireland arrived later than the accommodation check-in, we asked in advance of stay if we could check in late, and were taken care of. Check out time should have been 11am. We were asked to leave by 10:30am so prep could be done for the next guests. That suited us. We were gone by 10am for our flight back to Ireland.

Negative: Being Irish, we did expect some sort of cooked breakfast, not ingredients, to make up a continental snack. While the essential food items provided were nice, we had to find a local café and bought lovely breakfasts there. The closest train station to Venice and a good shopping mall was a 17 -20 minute walk. We're old, so while we appreciated a good walk, we had to take a few rest stops on route. Next time, we'll simply book accommodation much closer to a train station, without a breakfast option included, as we know know cooked breakfasts are not provided and it's easy to buy a cooked breakfast out.

Positive: We had such a great experience staying for couple of days. The location is nice and quiet. The guest apartment is super cozy and fully furnished, so we had everything we needed or even more, plus private parking with a gate. The hosts Valentina and Flora were friendly and welcoming, they kindly give us chance to left one of our luggage bag after checkout for quite a long period of time, so we can collect it on our way back. Highly recommend, it’s really a gem close to Venice.

Summary: Perfect experience. Highly recommended.

Positive: Everything was as the photos showed and made an excellent base for exploring the area. I’ve been to Mogliano 3 times now and this was by far the best place I’ve been to. Highly recommended.

Negative: The only thing missing was some air conditioning, even a small stand alone unit would have helped as it was 32 degrees when we were there. A fan was provided but not enough to cope with the heat.

Summary: Fantastic host and living accommodation.
