Bold beachfront architectural masterpiece. There is nothing typical about this gated estate located on the sand in Malibu most exclusive beachfront neighborhood. Experience the warm architectural design, harmonious with its surrounding landscape and plush with ingenious amenities: sliding glass walls, radiant heating, stone & hardwood. The natural stone exterior allows beach to meet mountain. This is only the beginning. Stargaze to the sound of echoing waves atop the sprawling rooftop patio or meditate upon the rolling gardens, infinity pool and spa only steps from the sea. Enjoy the oasis of the master bedroom with its panoramic views, private patio, his and hers suites, marble tub and fireplace. Gated and private. Sublime ocean views. 4 bedrooms, sitting room, home theater. Several movies, TV shows and model photo shoots have been shot at the property.
There are 2 King Master suites with full panoramic ocean views with glass walls and private balconies with fireplaces that occupy the top floor and 1 additional King guest bedroom. Their spa-inspired en-suite bathrooms feature premium fixtures, a jetted bathtub and shower. The two remaining bedrooms are on the ground floor. One is a charming King suite, while the other has a Double bed and custom bunk bed with 2 twin beds. They also include their own en-suites. The house comfortably sleeps 9.

Summary: Beautiful private gated estate with access to a beautiful quiet beach. Home was very clean with all basic necessities and more. Pool and hot tub were constantly heated and easy to use. Views are second to none. Property manager truly goes above and beyond to accommodate And make the duration of the stay as enjoyable as possible. Would highly recommend!!!

Summary: My family stays in Malibu a few times every year and always right on the beach. This is the most secluded we have stayed and they pool was perfect and very warm. The beach is just a private path, NOT hundreds of steps down a bluff. Its perfect. You will see the doors mentioned in another review. Yes they are different but they always opened up and the place was great! Kids loved the media/movie room and with the Control4 systems everything worked easy. That's a FIRST! Yes its pricey but you pay what you get for! Do it! Home is on the Northern side of Malibu which I preferred as you get almost no one on your beach!

Summary: This is an incredibly special property in terms of its views of the ocean. However, the property needs some TLC. Doors are hard to lock, lights and ceilings are in need of care, and the floors are scrapped. Towels and sheets were mismatched. The lawn is great to have, but you cannot have kids on the grass as there is plentiful bunny poop! Net-net, a really beautifully designed property, with an easily accessible property manager, but home is not "luxury" in terms of the interior. The views are though!

Summary: This property is absolutely breathtaking with a beautiful view of the ocean and the coolest features (Heated pool and floors, universal sound system). I helped plan an event here and the property manager, Tom, was willing to answer all my questions every step of the way. I would definitely recommend staying here.
