Positive: This is a very beautiful hotel with lovely decor and fantastic facilities. The staff were lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The hotel was excellent value for money.. we’ve stayed in similar places elsewhere and paid 3 times as much for the same level of comfort! The hotel is a 1 mile out of town up a BIG hill but after three walks, it got easier to walk up it!
Negative: We really liked the hotel but… our bathroom in room 2 was a little snug which wouldn’t have been an issue if that had been made clear when booking.
Summary: A luxurious hotel with super comfy beds!

Positive: Great staff. Beautifully furnished small hotel, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and covers. Lovely breakfast. Quiet location. We intended staying just one night, then stayed two, then three, so speaks for itself.
Negative: Bit tricky to find. No other meals available other than breakfast, means travelling outside. Tea / coffee / self prep in room would have been good.
Summary: Enjoyed the meticulous attention to detail of the property, owners, and staff.
