Negative: Communication on checking in was not provided in advance. Called when we arrived and waited 5-10 minutes for someone to come and get us to our room. Smoke alarm from dead battery was beeping in another room…I messaged the owner and I was told to take battery out myself???

Positive: there is a beautiful view from the house, it’s located on the side of the transfagarasan. the owner was communicative, the facilities were clean.

Negative: we could not drive up the driveway as it was too steep, so we had to park outside the property until 23:43 children were running around the accommodation and making noise (the rooms do not block out any noise from the outside) the owner’s dog was barking all night as a result of the two above points i slept only 3hours

Positive: Perfect value for money balance for one night stay; the owner is very friendly and flexible re. arrival time

Negative: A bit old fashined style but I spent great night there, sleep very well (very quiet place) and it was my aim; there is a problem with booking address when applied to google maps; always find the property in the google maps yourself and then press directions; 500m bias makes a difference at midnight ;-)
