Positive: Location, size of the house.
Negative: There were ants throughout the house and all over the kitchen. We were not provided many basic necessities in the kitchen and throughout the house. No laundry soap for washing the towels. No dishwasher soap for washing the dishes. One of the bedroom doors was locked and closed by accident and we couldn't find any keys. No written instructions on how to use anything. When we used the clothes dryer the exhaust was coming in the house through recessed lights in the ceiling and the windows would fog up. The house had no AC which is fine but many of the windows didn't have screens so we couldn't leave them open. Also it was very difficult to get hold of anyone for help, my texts weren't answered until 6 hours later, and we had to wait on hold for quite a while to talk to someone. I was never sent our check in instructions as there was an identity issue thus our check in was delayed almost an hour. However, they never reached out to me about it and they had no problem charging my card for the full payment. Lastly, check out time was 10am and the cleaning crew rolled in about 9:15am and stood their looking at us for 45 minutes while we packed the car.

Positive: Size of place was good for large group. Walking distance to see seals, eating. Kitchen well equipped. Large patio was great to sit on and enjoy beautiful weather.
Negative: Floors were really dirty. Crawling child was covered with black dirt after a couple of minutes. We did not contact anyone to fix just cleaned ourselves. Did make us feel suspect how other things were cleaned. Carpet in bedrooms were in terrible shape. Broken small piece of glass on patio resulted in cut foot. Wear shoes outside! First aid kit is was old and almost empty. Should probably get rid of or replace.
