Positive: Our stay in Casa Galletti was absolutely fantastic. Sabrina and her husband were so helpful and kind. Upon arrival they left for us a bottle of wine, water and snacks for breakfast. The village San Donato was exceptionally clean and very picturesque. I would say that this house was one of the cosiest places we ever stayed and we would definitely return.
Negative: Well nothing in this category, all was simply ideal.

Positive: This was a highlight of our trip to Italy! Huge apartment, tastefully restored (historic yet clean and comfortable), in a charming little town that we got to call "home." Parking was easy and free. Host was friendly and communicative. Kitchen was well-equipped (minus a microwave, but I guess that's part of the cultural/historical experience). Large bathroom was helpful for our family of 4 including 2 toddlers. Beds were comfy and surprisingly large--we all could've fit into the second bedroom with 2 beds. Has all the basics you could need (coffee, maps, hair dryer, extra pillows, thick blanket, plenty of towels...), plus a TV, board games, and books for entertainment. All very helpful. Note that there is a rather steep stone staircase leading up to the apartment, which could be scary if you have a curious baby just learning to crawl/walk, but after a few "NO"s it wasn't an issue for our near-2 yr old. Bonus: there are 2 parks within walking distance!
Negative: It wasn't a big deal, but we felt the supplies could've been a little more generous (toilet paper, hand soap, hair conditioner). Thanks!

Positive: A nice and big apartment in the very charming village of San Donato close to Castellina. Very good quality/price ratio. Smooth check-in and very reactive client service. There is a very nice & local bar almost across the street where you can enjoy a nice breakfast.
