Summary: This was a perfect location for us as we were visiting family who winter in Sunscape RV Resort which is less than 5 minutes away. Within walking distance, there is a golf course with bar and grill although we didn't have time to check it out. We had everything that we needed in this VRBO. Thank you!

Summary: The layout of the condo is good for two individuals. The couch is comfortable and the beds were comfortable. But, the place is old and needs a deep cleaning. The kitchen is not well stocked especially cutlery. Mismatched dishes with lots of plastic. No wine glasses. A lot of very personal effects are left around (eg. back brace). The linens are old. The furniture is a real hodgepodge of old stuff. Christmas decorations were still out. The second bedroom is very dark. Not enough lighting. The tv is good quality and we appreciated the Netflix and Roku but the wifi is slow. We were warned that the cellular is spotty. We could not get a signal. Had to drive away to make cell calls. It is a long drive to groceries so don’t forget anything. The weather was cool so we didn’t care that the patios are at best, described as grungy. One metal chair on the one side stained with rust or water marks, not sure which. The front patio is no better. Don’t plan on sitting outside. We tried to get another place after the first night but it was Super Bowl so we were stuck there. If the owner wants to offer good accommodation a lot of work needs to be done.
