Positive: Incredible Apartments and Joaquin was amazing at communicating various details. He even included photos and instructions on how to acquire train tickets. We loved this apartment!

Positive: Overall everything was ok except the ending of our holiday.
Negative: I didn’t like the fact that the owners of property lives underneath the duplex (same building), I felt like he’s (they)controlling your movement, there is lots of cameras around the property and for example he ring me on second day after arrival, asking if I am in the property and if anyone is using the jacuzzi as he could see in his camera that the jacuzzi was not been used and was not covered , so basically he wants every single time when nobody was an it to put back the cover ( but I said my kids was in and out from it and couldn’t cover after each time as the cover is heavy, and said well u have to as it consumes electricity even so the bobbles was not turned on and outside temperature was 27/28*C and under thing that happened at the end of our staying even so he knew from the beginning that my return flight was very later at night(11:30pm) I asked if wee can check out later than 11am he said that he can’t that he has other guests checking in same day, fair enough I told him that wee have pink up taxi to bring us back to the airport @8pm , he said that wee can leave our luggage in the garage which is underneath the duplex at the entrance of the building but secured with the key that he said hi will be able to open with the phone as long as I give him enough notice ( like 30 minutes also )witch I did but when got there surprise, surprise… wring the camera bell at the door… no answer wring his WhatsApp number , same women voice answers that had no English and couldn’t have a conversation with it, wrong again and then the female that answered was laughing on the phone and as well, there were some kids that was meaning next to her when asking if she speak English, started panicking as the taxi picking us up was there but wee couldn’t get our luggages , after a few minutes of calling his phone wringing the doorbell someone from inside the property came to open the gate .
Summary: Great start, but very disappointing for the last day of holiday has didn’t like the hosts action

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, well-located, and the host was extremely helpful and responsive, making our visit comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay next to Barcelona.
Negative: Honestly, there were no minuses during our stay. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations!

Positive: Joaquin was a very friendly and respectful host. The house was equipped with everything you need. He helped us out whenever we needed something. Because of technical problems with the water at the original apartment (before arrival), we were moved to a different one, but it had all of the same qualities as the original one.
Negative: There was only 1 small supermarket in Montgat. You can however take the train or bus to Badalona for example if you want more options.
