Summary: Wonderful place to stay in the historic district. If you like small hotels that feel homey and with lots of character, then you will like this one. Wonderful courtyard and rooftop patio. Great location within walking distance to many sites. Wonderful and helpful owners who clearly work hard to ensure their guests have a good stay.

Summary: Luis runs this small hotel in the charming home his grandparents bought in 1910. Staying there felt like a more authentic way to experience Guatemala than in a chain hotel, and Luis is a kind, friendly, helpful gentleman.

Summary: Location is walking distance to city square and central market and other eateries and businesses. Owner was very accommodating and helpful. we arrived 630 am and since a room was available, he allowed us to check in. He also gave us suggestions on where to eat and places to see. The only problem was the slow drainage in the shower.
