Positive: It's steps away from the beach. Open air living area, kitchen and dining. The bedroom and bath have a/c (mini split unit). This is a short term rental aka air b&b type unit so no office, no lobby, nor services. They do have a maid service that comes through to touch up...not everyday though. Cristy, the manager, is great and she communicates with you, if you have questions. She can also get you transport to and from airport. Use WhatsApp for quicker response time than through Booking.com messaging.
Negative: TV was a little difficult to get set up correctly. Menu button...Make sure wifi internet is connected to TV (had to do every time we turned tv on. ) Go through Smart Hub to set up Samsung acct. Netflix has been downloaded.. just log in.
