Positive: Excellent location, walking distance to gas station, restaurants and a neighborhood park. 2 miles from downtown, 2 blocks away from major highways.
Negative: House could have been cleaner. In need of dusting. White walls were dirty. Appliances in kitchen were not cleaned. No dish rag. Flying gnats came out at night on counters in kitchen after cleansing and spraying multiple times. 4 face rags in the whole house. Not a fan of all glass/porcelain dishes.
Summary: Overall great experience for the price!

Positive: Property looked exactly like the pictures We had plenty of space
Negative: There were gnats in the kitchen and some in the 2nd bedroom upstairs as well as a water link. Couldn’t leave food out

Positive: Tala was super attentive in case of anything. Great place to stay at, the location was good as well. Even though there were allot of floors, the house was perfect. 10/10 for me.
Negative: The only thing that I was sketchy about was the cash deposit fee, thankfully I spoke to tala and was able to use third party apps to transfer it. He reassured me that the deposit will be back in case of anything.
Summary: GREAT STAY, WOULD STAY AGAIN!
