Summary: This is a spectacular property. The design details are on point. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay special. Turn down service included a hot water bottle in my bed, a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was a continental, fresh juice and a hot entree was delicious. The only place I want to stay in Bogota.

Summary: There is no doubt this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in around the world. It felt like home in such an authentic way. Largely because the staff were so kind and helpful.
