Ground floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite; living room, dining room , w.c./shower room; well equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. Each main room has direct access to the wrap around terrace. The rear terrace has al fresco dining area and and BBQ. There is also a chill out sitting area. The pool area is just beyond and is a real sun trap! The pool is 3.5m x 7m and 1.75m deep at the deep end and 1.15m at the shallow end. For their safety, the area is gated so that young children do not have access without the knowledge of adults.
Upstairs, there is another double bedroom with en-suite, a family bathroom and a twin/double bedroom. on the landing, we have a book case full of books for "book swap". Guests are welcome to take any book from here and swap it for their own. The upstairs bedrooms have direct access to the balcony with views across Portimão. It's a lovely area for a quick sundowner in the evening.
In the living room, we have a TV set up for Netflix etc. We have a printer in the dining room. Please free to use.

Summary: Property was nice. the hot water took a while to come out. The property manager was excellent and very accommodating with our schedule. There was no soap to shower. I find that the cleaning fee was a bit excessive considering there were dead spiders and bugs in the house.

Summary: Really enjoyed staying here - visited Lagos, Ferragudo and plenty of beaches via short drives. Quiet residential area. Tiny niggles: Quite a lot of half - used condiments in kitchen which might not suit everyone; hot water a bit temperamental in bathrooms, and no obvious lights by pool. That apart, great stay and Areke the local meeter and greeter super helpful. Would stay again!

Summary: Great location for the Autodromo less than 10 minute drive. Son was racing in the British GT Areke was very helpful! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Wonderful property to stay at, and this is the second summer in a row we've stayed a week. As described it's around a 10-15 mins drive to Alvor and the bigger supermarkets like Continente. There's a couple of local smaller shops nearby, as well as a couple of restaurants like Fonte de Pedra which we'd tried twice and enjoyed. No shortage of good restaurants in Alvor though Spacious bedrooms and living areas, all nicely decorated, and the outside areas are well maintaned and private. Very little noise from the surrounding houses/pools too. Great design too around the outside area below the pool which is well shaded with a gas BBQ, an outside dining table for 6, and also a nice corner area with a couple of rattan couches and tables Nicely sized pool, and plenty of space and sunloungers etc. The upstairs balcony is huge too, and a nice area to sit out during the day/evenings

Summary: We booked this property to be close to the Autodromo do Algarve for the MotoGP - it was 10 minutes away so perfect on that front. Groceries were a bit more of a trek, we had to go into Portimao for anything other than a corner store experience. The property itself had several outdoor areas to enjoy the shade or sun. Bedrooms were all well-appointed. It was a great spot and would be very economical for a family or group.

Summary: The villa was superb, we had a lovely time staying there for the 10 days. The property manager was very nice and helpful and settled us in straight away. We highly recommended this as a place to enjoy a lovely relaxing holiday.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay, the villa is lovely so well appointed! Areke the manager was really helpful too. Only downside you are a little out of the way, but that is a minor thing and we would definitely go back!

Summary: My 5 children and I had a lovely stay at this Villa. The pool and outdoor area were the main attraction. Also enjoyed the lovely white sofa to relax! Jayne was super welcoming - thank you!

Summary: We are 2 couples in our 70’s who had a 10-day stay in this lovely spacious villa in a residential area in the countryside. We found it to be exactly as described and we weren’t disappointed. The villa was clean and had the creature comforts of home. It was well-equipped and certainly catered to serve families. The TV had the basic channels and Netflix but no Sky. We had wall-to-wall sun the duration of our stay and there were ample outdoor seating areas in sun or shade. The swimming pool wasn’t large but it was adequate for us. A car is a must if you want to get about, as the villa is approximately 10 mins by car from Alvor/ supermarkets. There is, however, a small local store where you can get a limited choice of essential items. When we arrived at the villa we were met by Jayne, the very pleasant housekeeper, who presented us with some basic groceries, which were adequate until we were able to get to the supermarket the following day. Jayne also gave us tips on places to visit, and on the restaurants, etc in the local area, but more importantly fulfilled our request for a teapot! Nothing was too much trouble. Would we revisit? Absolutely!
