Summary: The breakfast was very good , eggs made to order . Pasties changed every day . Great coffee . Air conditioning worked well. Found the staff extremely helpful before the stay and during .

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay Casa Luna. We didn’t make time to use the spa or massages but the stay and breakfast was wonderful. The only complaint we had was how hard the bed was in the junior suite. Pure Vida!

Summary: The room was very nice with great view even though the volcano was cloudy. The spa and pool areas were great, especially the jacuzzi area where our family were able to relax in a more secluded area. The staff was great from reception to the restaurant. Breakfast was really good and service was top!!

Summary: Overall, the stay was solidly good, but not great. There is misleading messaging regarding WiFi accommodations as these only reach into common areas, but this is not made known on Hotels.com nor their direct website, which created significant issues with my partner having to complete work during our trip. We additionally had issues during breakfast for dietary accommodations which made us feel like an inconvenience for the request. The room, grounds, nature trail, common areas, pool and tubs were all beautiful and everything was clean, well kept, and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel met our basic needs and allowed us to still have a nice trip together overall.

Summary: Impeccable. There is also a mini trail. They grow some of their food and are eco-friendly. Did not do the spa treatment because I did not have time. But the breakfast buffet was spectacular. Pumpkin stew was amazing. The best cerviche was at Casa Luna. Also down the road there is a coffee shop called Nomada Coffee experience. Best coffee I have ever had and I am from New York where coffee is a serious situation. I felt the Pura Vida vibe. Four days was not enough so I must return. Staff gets 100%.

Summary: It was a nice and clean room. And a nice hot tub we did use privately. We book a transfer from airports, and two tours. It was perfect. They take care of us very well.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. Grounds are beautiful. Room with balcony was charming. Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Daily towel animals were amazing. Good restaurants and lots to do nearby with car.
