Positive: Very well furnished rooms, a well equipped kitchen, great interiour, a court yard. Centrally located in a safe neighbourhood. Also the staff was very accomodating and trying everything to make your stay exceptional and very responsive. Also very clean facilities with room cleaning every day.
Negative: Nothing.
Summary: Great and safe location in a beautiful casa.

Positive: Very nice location in a good area, close to the Metro and Metrobus and also with a lot of restaurants nearby

Positive: Such a peaceful stay! The single room has a nice little desk in it by a window and a place to hang your clothes. They provided extra blankets for warmth which was appreciated. The neighbourhood is both peaceful and safe and well connected by transit. The owner very kindly loaned me a hair dryer even though it's not listed as an amenity. The room was cleaned almost every single day.
Negative: The kitchen does not have any oil, salt or pepper for guests to use. Sometimes dishes would pile up from other guests, but I don't think this is the hosts fault. The bathroom is definitely rustic but the water is always hot.

Negative: The bathroom could be cleaned more often. By times the house felt empty. It would have been great to see the owner at least once.
