Summary: Dies ist das zweite Mal, dass wir dort übernachtet haben, es ist immer so gut, Manuel ist immer verfügbar und unglaublich freundlich, das Haus ist fantastisch, ganz zu schweigen vom Pool, der kristallklar ist, da man nie 2 ohne 3 sagt, wir kommen wieder!

Summary: Le calme en journée et la magnifique piscine sont les atouts majeurs de cette villa. Manuel est très aimable et disponible pour quoi que ce soit. Pour les amateurs d'huile d'olive Manuel est très bon connaisseur. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Summary: Excellent séjour. Très bel hébergement avec tout les équipements. La maison est très bien entretenu. C'est un Havre de paix. Un grand merci au propriétaire Manuel ainsi qu'à sa famille qui étaient très bienveillants, aux petits soins et à l'écoute. Il n'a pas hésité à prendre de son temps pour nos soucis de voiture. Tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Le logement est situé non loin de toutes les grandes villes andalouses ce qui permet de bien visiter. J'y reviendrai sans aucun doute.

Summary: The location is a short drive from Marchena where there is a train service direct to the centre of Seville, so you can combine the relaxation of a secluded holiday with a city break. The villa is clean and well presented, with a beautiful pool. Unfortunately on the first night that we stayed there was a party nearby with extremely loud music which began at midnight (!) and carried on into the early hours. Whilst there is not a lot the villa owner can do about this, be aware that in a remote location sound can travel quite a distance and you are reliant on having considerate neighbours. That said, we didn't let the bad experience of the first night spoil our holiday and we had a relaxing week overall.

Summary: Très belle villa, quasiment neuf, propre, propriétaires accueillant, très très gentils, à l’écoute, serviable, disponible à n’importe quelle heure, piscine magnifique, équipement de la maison au top ! Accès à l’autoroute 5 min, rien a dire nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette villa ! Je recommande très fortement

Summary: The property was lovely. The villa was very comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was extremely welcome and essential for a good night's sleep. The pool was beautiful and very well maintained. This holiday was all about relaxation! A car was totally essential because shops are not within walking distance. The villa's agent was very friendly and helpful whilst utterly respecting our privacy. A great holiday for us, our daughter and son-in-law and our grand daughter. Thank you.
