Magnificent 4 bedroom,4 bathroom villa with amazing outdoor facilities, perfect for 1 or 2 families, close to shops, bars and restaurants, walking distance to town and beach. Designer swimming pool, summer kitchen and private parking.

The space
Enter the villa from the impressive covered terrace into the hallway which has a bar for welcoming guests. This then leads into an open plan lounge, dinning and fully equipped modern kitchen which has an american breakfast bar and seperate utility room
All 4 bedrooms are situated on the upper level, three of which are double and have magnificent views and one which has two single beds and space for pull out bed or cot, it is east facing,sunny and bright.. All bedrooms have ample cupboard space and all have bathrooms, giving all guests their own privacy.
The outside area has everything from chill out areas to wonderfull outdoor entertaining and living spaces , these include a covered lounge seating area, dinning area , there is also a separate purpose built summer kitchen incorperating bar & gas bbq,all the equipment to make an authentic paella, kitchen sink and fridge. There is also a seperate toilet and outdoor shower not to mention the magnificent designer swimming pool with martini seats and plenty of space for everyone to have a sun lounger.
The entire villa is air conditioned and has under floor and pool heating for winter renters, it also includes WiFi , satellite TV, and off road secure parking for two cars
Also included in the outdoor entertainment are beach chairs and loungers, beach games,bags and cooler bags, golf putting game and golf clubs if needed and numerous floatations.

Summary: Had the most amazing stay at Casa Marie. The villa had absolutely everything you needed and more! The villa itself is beautiful and so spacious. Was more than enough room for 2 families. The kids loved the pool and the games cupboard!! Not to mention all the pool and beach toys in the garage! Dawn was able to check us in early (due to time of year) so that was a real bonus. Pool had been heated for our arrival too. Dawn was always on hand if we needed her. We know the area well as we have family that live nearby. Close to everything. We will definately be back!Thank you again for a wonderful stay! Cant wait to return!The Lee & Baker Families xx

Summary: Absolutely loved the holiday and the villa. Been holidaying in Moraira now for 20 years and this is by far the best villa we have stayed. Dawn was very helpful and not that we needed to contact her, but she stayed in touch via WhatsApp to ensure everything was ok and all was fine. Highly recommend the villa and Dawn. Thank you

Summary: The villa was just perfect. Everything was there that we needed from kitchen equipment to beach towels, sun cream, pool toys. Even down to beach chairs and shopping bags and all the baby equipment we needed. There were even toys in the Villa for our little ones. We had a perfect stay and brilliant holiday in Moraira. Highly recommend the Villa. We are definitely looking to return.

Summary: We had a great holiday in this amazing villa - it is really spacious, with everything you need and more for a holiday - everything is taken care of. The outside space, pool and bar/kitchen is brilliant - the whole place is even better than the pictures. Dawn was excellent, so helpful and friendly the whole process was smooth and efficient. Would love to go back again but I have a feeling the bookings will roll in so will need to get in early!
