Positive: Small but very beautiful apartment, very well equipped , comfortable beds, it has everything like at home. Perfect location on a lake, only 5 min from the public beach. Also lots of restaurants and stores in a walking distance. Very safe and quit location. We were very satisfied with our stay there.

Positive: Stayed for 4 nights, this apartment completely exceeded our expectations, as mentioned on previous reviews. Very spacious, comfortable accommodation with a nice garden area. Kitchen was well equipped and washing up liquid, kitchen towels and cleaning products provided. Beers, prosecco and water on arrival was a really nice touch. Property is located 2 minutes from the lake and there are a few restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk away. Also a Co-op within the same distance. Walk into sirmione old town for ferry, does take around 30-40 minutes but if you have a car, parking is available outside of the apartment. Overall very peaceful area, especially to relax after a day town hopping around the lake and the price is great for the facilities. Special mention to Morris, who is very helpful, friendly and easily contactable through WhatsApp and allowed us to check in early as our train arrived from Milan earlier than expected.

Positive: This apartment surpassed all our expectations, which were already high based on reading the previous reviews! Communication with the host was excellent throughout. We arrived a couple of hours earlier than planned, but Morris assured us (via WhatsApp) that the property was ready and he immediately met us there with the keys to show us around. The welcome gifts (wine, water and juice) were a lovely touch, and there was even a special bottle of Prosecco for my husbandโ€™s birthday, which was so thoughtful. The apartment itself had everything we could have needed (including dishwasher/washing machine tabs and anti-mosquito plug-ins!). Air conditioning was very effective and the private garden was beautiful with comfy sun loungers and chairs. The outside table was perfect for eating breakfast in the shade, and a great size for family games of Uno and Dominos :) Because the kitchen was so well equipped we were able to eat at home on several nights to make things a bit more economical. And, for lazier days, there was a fabulous pizza takeaway on the corner 2 minutes walk away, with amazing pizzas for โ‚ฌ7 each! In terms of location, we couldnโ€™t have been better situated - only a half hour stroll (or 8 minute trip on the shuttle bus) to the stunning castle, ferry dock and Jamaica Beach, or a ten minute bus trip to Desenzano del Garda or Peschiera (from where a free bus takes you the 2kms to Gardaland). Having the lake a minute away at the end of the street was lovely for our morning swim, and there were countless nice restaurants and bars (not to mention the best gelateria!) literally on our doorstep, although the house itself was very quiet and peaceful. All in all a wonderful holiday. Huge thanks again to our brilliant hosts - weโ€™ll definitely be recommending this place to our friends! ๐Ÿ˜Š
