Positive: The beds and air conditioned bedrooms were very comfortable. The shower was big enough, with good pressure and consistent hot water. The relaxed vibe of the whole area is great.

Negative: The property is advertised as beachfront. IT IS NOT!! It is road front, adjacent to the busy main road, which you have to cross and then walk another 300 meters to get to the beach. It's an okay beach, but the best beach in the area is Punta Uva, about a ten-minute drive away. The road noise in the apartment is incessant until about 9:00 pm, when it quiets down. Hard to sleep if you go to bed early.

Negative: It was very difficult to get answers from the staff on directions , check out stuff . We were also overcharged and got not response to our inquiries. It indicates beach ocean view , but them at was not true

Positive: We didn't have breakfast and the restaurant is not open for breakfast.

Negative: There is only 1 AC in the unit and it is located in the bedroom. The living room and kitchen only have a fan. The four beds in the living room are not comfortable and we didn't have enough sheets for each bed.

Positive: If you like the pictures, you'll love the house. Much bigger than what the listing says it is. Spotless, very nice decor, finishes. As a frequent visitor to my favorite part of the country, I can say this is the best place I've stayed in so far. My girlfriend wanted to stay for a whole week...at least. Definitely saving this one as a first choice for my next trip. As an added value, it's located on the same property that holds the best Italian restaurant in the area. Outstanding all around.

Negative: It could use a small microwave, and a french press for making coffee.
