Summary: My first stay at a pension. Nicolasa has an amazing location in Old Town very walkable to sights and most of the famous pinxto bars. 24 hour coffee service at reception. Great air conditioning. A BM grocery market is right next door— very convenient!

Summary: Well located boutique hotel very close to the old town, easy to get to many great bars and restaurants. Comfortable modern room, but shower not very good. Very helpful and friendly receptionist.

Summary: This was a great choice for exploring San Sebastian. Just a few steps from the Old Town with all its pintxos but also close to parks, beaches and other attractions. Our "Economy" room was small (the large bed filled all the available floor space) but spotless with all the amenities. And the espresso machine in the lobby was a lifesaver. I can't say enough about the staff, who were welcoming, friendly and helpful with recommendations and advice. Three first floor rooms share a terrace, which is a nice option, especially for families. And some of the other rooms are larger. But if you're out and about all day, the economy room is fine. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This is a little gem of a pensione -- steps away from all the action in San Sebastian. It was absolutely perfect in every way and I look forward to coming back for another visit!
